A1. PBT cap Type for Refrigerator

The PBT Cap Type is a product suitable for refrigerator sensors. It features a heat-resistant PBT material cap with excellent adhesive epoxy filling, preventing wire bending during wire cutting operations. Additionally, it boasts excellent resistance to moisture and cold, making it suitable for use in both freezer and refrigerator compartments.

Resistance R(0℃) = 13.29kΩ ±2%
B constant B(0℃/50℃) = 3222K ±1%
Insulation resistance Over 100MΩ at 500V DC (heat sensing portion in water, between water and lead wires)
Dielectric strength 1500V AC for one minute or 1800V AC for one second, without failure
(heat sensing section in water, between water and lead wires; cut-off current 1mA.)
Thermal time constant τ = less than 20 seconds (in agitated water)
Thermal dissipation constant σ = approximately 2.5mW/℃ (in still air)

A2. Silicone Cap Type for Refrigerator

The Silicone Cap Type is a product made by filling a silicone cap with silicone sealant using a low-temperature curing method. It has high flexibility, preventing wire bending phenomena, offers excellent ease of installation, and has superior moisture resistance. It is mainly used in refrigerators or ice makers.

A3. Thermal Fuse Type for Refrigerator

The temperature fuse is a product developed and manufactured with an easy-to-install ring-shaped injection molded structure rather than a tube fusion method for fixing the temperature fuse. The injection molded part is filled with epoxy resin to provide excellent quality and ease of installation.

A4. Capactive Sensor

  • This is a sensor that measures the level (height) of liquids or powders by utilizing capacitance. The capacitance between the two electrodes inserted inside the container changes according to the level of liquid or powder within the container.
